Brothers Hurray !
Had an advance Christmas celebration with my bestest brothers at PartyWorld today…
they are my neighbourhood pals since young… and probably my closest family friends.. as well as my basketball mates…. (Although these buggers will probably say I suck at it…)
This is Vincent, probably the one with the most common interests compared to myself. His wife & Lydia are great friends as well..
Ronald, one of my longest neighbourhood friend.. probably now the laziest among us.. has problems passing his IPPT !
Ryan, ex-commando, oldest of the bunch.. and also most GUAI LAN ! Would say he is the most hardworking amongst us…
Rick, what can I say…. weirdest personality…… has the oddest theories ever imagined…
Myself.. ah well, I’m just the cutest among the lot..
By the way ! Merry Christmas Everyone !

Finally, a short rest. September will be a month out of work.. I hope.. got pretty much of commitments thru Reservist and some other matters.. so I’m effectively inactive for work for at least 2 weeks… Finally had time to sit down on my PC to dwell with a little bit of stuff..
For those who already know of my new character (Agent Donald) that I created.. Haha.. I tried to impersonate him..
My Agent Donald looks so much cuter!
Hmm.. Maybe I can get a lead role in the next 上海滩 ? I’m not really a Chow Yuen Fatt wannabe.. but hey at least I got similar sideburns to Huang Siao Ming.. just thats its not properly trimmed.. =p
Maybe can get me to audition for 2009 ?
Anyway, here are some shots that were taken courtesy of Joan, Seba’s wife…

Had a great outing with my now-married friends(and also frequent kakis), Vincent and Sebastian. Along with their wifes & Lydia, we had dinner at Tiong Bahru Market. Bloody Hell ! Paid for super-expensive satay !
Embarking towards Settlers Cafe for board games, we took a wrong turn somewhere near Funan, and was stuck with very heavy traffic at about 10pm… only to find that there were FIREWORKS ! And it was a superb view, that looked like one of those drive-in old school style movie cinema sort of feeling. And like most of the other Singaporeans, stepped out of the car, to catch a closer and beautiful glimpse of the fireworks… fantastic…
After the fireworks display, finally managed to grab a slot at Settler’s Cafe (North Canal Road), which we booked for 2 hours to play 3 different games. The first, a numbers game, much more like a casino sort, in which questions are asked, and than a bet on the answers.. but well, not being too trivia people, we changed for a pretty action packed card game, which was a bit of reaction and memory.. that was very fun.. but we thought we played one of the more popular games that most other tables played.. also known and “Gangs and guns” which is holding a gun, and either shooting a blank or really killing the other players with it.. and than sharing the loot.. interesting.. I wanna play subuteo next time !
Had small chats with the other 2 married man, and their advice on the process.. CHEAP is good.. haha.. =p Also, who says there is no life after marriage, seems like it makes people feel re-borned again.. It’s no longer trying to look good, or being impressive, but being simple and looking towards a comfortable relaxed life..
Also, as most people know, I have now migrated from Blogspot..and much back to the blogging scene once again.. Thanks for all the support for my loyal readers !

Christmas Shopping at Vivocity
Was a little busy during the last 2 weeks, pretty busy with weddings, work and some administrative issues. Anyway, managed to fulfil my promise to Lydia to dropby Vivo City(we swakoo never go before) and honestly, it was really tiring just walking around it.. nevertheless, got a feel of how christmas is at vivocity…
Many photographers, like the architecture of Vivocity, I was a bit too nua to leave the house during noon, so by the time we were there… was really close to evening… Had a nice dinner at superdog, and also got some presents for friends for christmas.. jialat.. really dunno what to buy for lydia…

Vivocity, Enormous but still packed with people. I prefer to be there on a weekday.

How can end the day without my handsome picture ?!Griller Restaurant, Tiong Bahru Plaza, 15th Dec
Had dinner after work with Lydia at Griller, had a pretty long wait there.. but food was pretty ok.. just that they took an hour for my Codfish.. apparently.. the fishermen were having a bad day at sea, so by the time it came.. Lydia’s seafood rice was pretty cold.. but ok lar.. at least they gave complimentary soup of the day.. which were.. not too bad I guess…
My exquisite codfish.. dun play play.. hard to catch hor !Legend Fort Canning Park, Hazel’s Wedding, 10 Dec 06
Went down to Hazel’s wedding, a friend since secondary school, and found out that she actually only invited 3 secondary school friends… dunno whether that is good or bad.. But nevertheless.. was honoured by the invite.. and coincidentally was on the same table as her cousin which she introduced many years back.. Food was not bad, but the performances were interesting ! my table was just behind the VIP table.. plonked in the centre.. Don’t play play ! And seriously speaking.. was an inspiring marriange.. so really wish you all the best Hazel ! After which myself, Kaiqin and Yanpei… took almost 2 hours to get a cab… wah lau.. never ever wait for a taxi at Park Mall !! Will pose the dinner photos if have the chance.. but this is Kaiqin and Yanpei… also known as Celeste and Jillia…(aw.. whatever..)
Chiron, Jillia, CelesteWhich also leads me to another wedding…Pan Pacific Hotel, Edmund’s Wedding, 8th Oct 06′

Went to my ex-Nan Hua Colleague’s wedding, was really nice to see most of the ex colleagues including my upperstudy.. was a pretty classy affair… Food was pretty good.. and guess.. it would be the last few occasions I would ever see them… and I shall not comment what happened later that night..So now guys.. please.. now that you know I’ve been giving angpao’s often.. and have to buy ridiculous christmas prezzies.. please don’t tempt me to go out.. and spend $$.
