I need fresh air
The haze is killing me. Just walking along the corridor is enough to kill me… Felt suffocated and had migraine. PSI was at 130 yesterday. Horrible ! Can somebody do something about it ?! Anyway, weekend was rather fruitful, played around with a couple of eggs in 3D max. Soon, all the rest of my classmates were displaying their eggs on msn. But moreofless.. I pretty like my egg too ! Anyway, I’m also glad that my RT was postponed.. at least that leaves me with more time for work and school…I really still can’t imagine running every week.. will probably kill me ! I’m still looking for alternatives on downgrading.

Now how do you crack em ?
Just like every post, this is the round up for the weekend…
Friday 13th Oct 2006, 11pm (Shucks.. It was Friday the 13th ! I didn’t even know!)
Location : Liang Seah Street and Bugis Area
Guest : Mr Huang Weizhong & Ms Esta Ho
Despite the fact that I had a project deadline to submit this monday, I decided to go and enjoy a night with Lydia, her younger sister and boyfriend. So we proceeded down to Liang Seah Street famous for after midnight Steamboat !
So we decided to stop by Chong Qing Zheng Zong Shan Cheng Huo Guo ( Please don’t test my Hanyu pinyin) which is priced at $12 per head. Well.. not my number 1 choice, but what to do.. Lydia’s wearing the pants =p … Okok.. the reason why she chose the place, as she claims.. is the nice dumplings there which the others don’t really have, and its the cheapest.

Chong Qing Zheng Zong… ah whatever…..
A thing about all this Ma La Huo Guo thingy in Singapore, is that they follow a certain China style of Steamboat concept. Not really something I fancy.. (I mean the soup) especially after having tested the Ma La Huo Guo in taiwan.. Totally two different worlds ! But still.. ok lar.. I prefer the not spicy side for Singapore steamboats though…

Looks real spicy eh ? The other half is sour cabbage soup by the way.
Anyway, went on to whack all the beef I could find, and still it proved to be a hearty meal ! Well at least it was filling !

Soup tasting. Favourite pastime in the Lum Family.

Lydia’s snapshot of me. Dunno why always take bad angle one leh..
After our late late dinner… proceeded on to walkabout Liang Seah Street one of the busier streets at night in the bugis area.

Liang Seah Street, One of my favourite hangouts since Poly Days!
Like this row of lanterns, found outside a Hong Kong Concept Coffeehouse.

My Current Desktop Wallpaper at work

Taken outside.. well… Liang Seah Place ?
Proceeded for a short walk in Hotel Intercontinental (actually wanted to borrow their toilet) and found it a great place for.. Camera whorinG !

Real sisters.. Got resemblance meh ? Guess who’s the older one.

My turn to bai pose !

Best impersonation Of Wong Fei Hong !
While exiting Hotel intercontinental, had a glimpse of the Designer Dollhouse Showcase. Odd, I seem more fascinated in the dolls more than the ladies !

The picture says it all

I’m a barbie girl, in a barbie world.. ( yes that irritating tune again)
After our short walk.. about 1/2 hour along the rest of bugis area.. decided to turn back towards Lydia’s house.. where myself and Weizhong played Winning Eleven 10, Fifa World Cup 2006 and Fifa Street2 till morning 6 am. Lydia was complaining about the noise though.
Saturday 14th Oct 06- Sunday 15th Oct 06
Was rushing my TMA on the egg, but found myself tempted to go Bird Park Hill to take photos, and follow the guys at 4 am to Labrador Park to fishing.. Damn shag. Shall not go into details.. And will keep the identity of my kakis. Promised them.
